Unfortunately had a lot of challenges with our new gutter installation.  Our salesperson, Bob, was amazing and very professional and the primary reason we chose Weatherguard. However there were issues with gutter removal, scheduling, invoicing and initial installation errors.  It was a very challenging experience. In the end, Ryan did a great job with the final installation, but it required multiple trips to address the errors with the initial installation. Please also make note that the company may charge a 3% surcharge for "material, waste, fuel", which appeared without warning on the final invoice.  I really don't like providing negative reviews, but given the numerous issues described, needed to highlight these concerns.  I would give bob and ryan high marks overall, but given the other issues, I think a rating in the middle is fair. Ps. spoke with the owner Steven.  He was understanding of the challenges I experienced, and advised he would follow-up with his staff on areas where communication could be improved.  I acknowledge that errors can happen, and have changed my review to reflect my overall experience. We just had our gutters replaced on our house by Weather guard and it was the most positive experience from the initial estimate to final installation. We found them extremely professional and they did a great job of installation and clean up. The communication by the office and the installation crew was also very good. Yesterday morning, I had Rob and Dale come to my residence to install new gutters. After a few minutes of talking to Rob about the color and profile of the new gutters, Rob said the proposed color (brown) was not a good match for the paint color on the house. Rob pulled out another swatch that matched perfectly. After inspecting the pre-existing gutters, Rob picked the perfect profile for our house. I agreed on the color and profile and Rob and Dale got to work. Dale was removing the old gutters in no time, and Rob ran the profile through the machine. Both men worked non-stop during the whole job. After watching them for a few hours, I could see that the attention to detail and workmanship was perfect. The installation was flawless and went without a hitch. I'm so fortunate to have had Rob and Dave do this job for me. I was told they were good. They are more than good.
